Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we want you to let us know!
We are happy to offer returns within 10 days of your order being delivered to you. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the item.
If your return is postmarked more than 10 days passed your delivery date, we cannot return your item.
Please note that the returns are available for the wrong-sized products, incorrect item received, don’t like the products, damaged/defective products & faulty products.
Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 10 days from the date of delivery and we will refund your money or send a replacement product to you.
- To start your return, please email us your order number and a photo of your products received along with your concern to adorishhonline@gmail.com
- Make sure to add a subject to your email in the following format:
RETURN – ORDER NO. – REASON FOR RETURN
e.g RETURN – AD0000000 – Damaged product received - After receiving your email, we will send you the required form for returns along with the return method
- If you don’t like the products or have changed your mind, then you are responsible for return shipping fees or shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the products received by you are damaged/faulty/defective/incorrect then we are responsible for return shipping fees or shipping fees are refundable (please share the bill of the shipping receipt with us so that we can process the same)
- If the products are wrong-sized, then you are responsible for return shipping fees or shipping fees are non-refundable. So, please make sure to check the size-chart correctly before placing an order.
- Make sure to include a note with your name & order number with your return, otherwise we cannot locate the transaction for the refund
- Please ensure all items are wrapped carefully into a padded envelope as we will not be able to process a return if the item is damaged on arrival
- Returned items must be adequately protected against damages, by being shipped in the same packaging they came in. An item received damaged, incomplete or showing signs of wear will not be refunded
- Once received, returns are processed within 1 o 7 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been sent
- Refund will be made to you through the same mode of payment by which the original transaction was done
- Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages. And also, please retain your proof of shipping by either receipt or photo to ensure for an easy returns process
- adorishh.com recommends you to ship your package with a trackable shipping method
Please note that we don’t accept returns for:
- Earrings (due to hygienic reasons)
- Custom-sized and custom-colored items (= items made in a different size/length/color than the ones offered in the shop)
- Personalized items (name, initials, add-ons etc.)
- Any item that has been washed
- Any item not in it’s original condition
- Items marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned
- Any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- Any item without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any item that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- If the items delivered are undamaged & perfect with regards to the order placed by you or if we found that return requested is on false ground.
Exchanges
We have 10-days replacement/exchange guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 10 days from the date of delivery and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.
- In order to get an item replaced/exchanged, contact us via email at adorishhonline@gmail.com within 10 days from the ate of delivery. Make sure to add a subject to your email in the following format:
EXCHANGE – ORDER NO. – REASON FOR RETURN
e.g EXCHANGE – AD0000000 – Fitting Issue - Make sure to include your order no. and a photo of your products received (items which you want to get replaced/exchanged) in your email along with your name & contact details.
- The exchange item or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.
